Q. Can I pickup the tires instead of having them shipped?

A. Yes, we have 18 authorized installers in Southern California which we will ship the tires to for FREE.  You have the option to have them perform the tire installation or simply pick them up.

Q. Where can I find my tire size??

A. There are a number of places to find your tire size:

  1. Tire Sidewall - Examples: ( Passenger, Light Truck, European )
  2. Owners Manual
  3. Tire placard, usually found on the driver's side door jam

Q. Your tire prices are so low, what's the catch?

A. There is NO catch! We sell brand NEW tires, not takeoffs or blems! The Tirecrawler mission is to provide the lowest prices on tires with the highest level of service.

Q. How quickly will my order ship?

A. Orders are processed Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (PST). We endeavor to ship your order within 48 hours, most orders ship within 24 hours unless the item(s) is out of stock. If you need your order on a specific date, or more quickly please call us on (888) 396-5261 and place your order.

Q. How long will shipping take?

Q. What if I need to return something?

Q. I purchased tires that qualified for a special promotion.  How do I get the rebate form?

A. All rebate forms should be available to download from our website.  If you are unable find it please give us a call (888) 396-5261.

Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

A. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

A. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Q. How do I know which shipping rate applies to my address?

A. After your address has been added to the order, FedEx will check its database to determine if the address is commercial or residential. If the address has been incorrectly chosen, the site will automatically change to the proper rate.

Q. The site says my address is residential, but shouldn't.

A. Ultimately that decision is FedEx's to make. FedEx determines the classification of the address and charges us accordingly.
